Twin-Lobe and Tri-Lobe Roots Air Blowers play a critical role in modern sewage tanker lorries and wastewater handling systems. These positive displacement blowers are designed to generate strong vacuum suction to pull sewage, sludge, and wastewater from septic tanks, underground pits, drains, and sewer lines into tanker bodies.
In addition to suction, the same Roots blower technology is widely used in wastewater treatment processes for aeration, ensuring oxygen supply for biological treatment. With oil-free air delivery and continuous airflow, these blowers provide efficient, hygienic, and low-maintenance operation in demanding sewage management environments.
Roots air blowers operate using two or three precision-machined lobes rotating in opposite directions within a casing. The lobes do not touch each other or the housing, ensuring oil-free air delivery.
