C.R.I. Submersible Jet Aerators are engineered to deliver high-performance aeration and powerful mixing in sewage and industrial waste water treatment processes. Designed for submerged operation, these jet aerators ensure consistent oxygen supply, improved biological activity, and stable treatment efficiency across varying load conditions.
Supplied and serviced by S.V. Engineers, these systems are trusted by industries and municipalities for long-term, trouble-free operation.
The system uses a submersible pump coupled with a jet nozzle and air intake arrangement. Water is pumped at high velocity through the nozzle, creating a vacuum that draws air into the jet stream. This produces fine air bubbles and strong turbulence, resulting in effective oxygen diffusion and homogeneous mixing inside the tank.
